It took me a few minutes to think about where I've heard a style similar to this before, then I thought of Shovel Knight, which has one of my favourite videogame OSTs of all time.
This sounds like it's some lost bonus track, in the best ways possible!

~00:59 to about 01:10 is my absolute favourite part, such a sick melody, as well as from ~03:00 to about 03:06, those pauses are just so good!

If I had to find something I didn't like it would be the note the melody changes to at about 25 seconds, as well as the very sudden change in energy at 03:23, they threw me off quite a bit on first listen, and still slightly on repeat listens.

Also this is just an unrelated observation, but wow that waveform is a near perfect rectangle

It is quite loud and it could have used a stronger bass, but it is a good song.
My favourite part was 1:30-2:00, that melody is just so good

Definitely gives me Megaman vibes, great work!
